I can remember Jerry from the beginning of my recollections of friends. He and Julius and Joan were all close friends back in the 40s. We had lots of fun playing kid games either at their place or ours. It was always an adventure to play with no toys and to use our imaginations which were always in good working order. What one of us didn't think up, the next one would. We all started town school at the same time, to, so we had all the bus rides to share. Even though the passing of time also took me to a far corner of the country, I've kept in touch with them. Little kids know how to pick friens.
